Interesting news article today which quotes a report into the recent issues faced by Toyota. The report into “Dozens” of the the accidents where the accelerator pedel “stuck” found that; “The early results suggest that some drivers who said their Toyotas and Lexuses surged out of control were mistakenly flooring the accelerator when they intended to jam on the brakes”.

One wonders about the American media and the pressure they put the company under, without knowing all the facts. Could it be that the level of attention differs for international companies than it does for domestic companies? Makes one wonder ….
